Our Journey Started Simple
Back in 2019, our founder was working at a mid-sized manufacturing company in Bucheon. Every budget request took weeks to approve. Emails got lost, managers forgot to review documents, and important projects stalled while waiting for signatures.
That frustration led to SynapConnect. We started by mapping out how budget approvals actually work in Korean businesses – not how they should work in theory, but how they really happen day-to-day.
What we found surprised us. Most delays weren't caused by complex decision-making. They happened because people didn't know what needed their attention, when it was needed, or where to find the right information.
